DINING

The main dining room on the Sojourn is simply called The
Restaurant. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner on
an open seating basis. Guests can decide when to come to
the restaurant, where to sit and with whom. Accordingly,
the Restaurant has tables for two as well as tables for larger
groups.

Sojourn's casual restaurant is the Colonnade -
American Market. It has the ambiance of a
fine buffet restaurant, not of a cafeteria. This
venue operates buffet-style for breakfast and lunch
but also has themed-dinners with waiter service.
Guests can dine indoors or outside on a terrace
overlooking the ship's stern.

Restaurant 2 is in essence Sojourn's
specialty restaurant. It serves a multi-course
chef's tasting menu. Seating is by reservation
and the ship makes an effort to ensure that all
of the guests have at least one opportunity to
dine here. There is no cover charge.
