DINING

The Vista Dining Room is
Zuiderdam's main dining room.
Located at the stern of the ship, this
restaurant has a lower level on Deck 3
and an upper level on Deck 4. It has
large windows on the starboard side
and at the stern which let in light and
provide scenic views. It is open for
breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is
also an afternoon tea most days.

Breakfast and lunch are open seating.
For dinner, guests can opt for either a
traditional two-seating system or an
open dining system in which guests can
dine any time between 5:15 p.m. and
9:00 p.m. Guests on the open dining
plan are encouraged to make
reservations beforehand.

A high point is the Chef's Signature
Dinner, which has a special menu and
a parade by the waiters and chefs.

The Pinnacle Grill is Zuiderdam's sophisticated specialty
restaurant with luxury touches such as Bvlgari china, Riedel
stemware and Frette linens. The menu features premium
Sterling Silver beef and seafood dishes. It is open for lunch
and for dinner. A cover charge applies. Once during each
cruise, there is a Le Cirque evening during which the
Pinnacle is transformed into a seagoing version of the
famous New York restaurant.

The Lido Restaurant is the ship's self-serve buffet. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Located high on the ship between the two pool areas, it has great views to starboard and port.

Canaletto is a relaxed, casual dining venue featuring
Italian favorites. It is located in the ship's buffet
restaurant but the meals are served by the waiters who
dress in Italian garb. It is open for dinner only.
Reservations for this complimentary venue are encouraged.
