DINING

The Vista Dining Room is the
Westerdam's main dining room. It
has two levels with windows along
three sides. (See menu example).

This room is open for breakfast and
lunch onn an open seating basis.

For dinner, guests can selet either
the traditional dining system where
they have a specific reserved table
at either the early or late seating of
HAL's flexible dining system.
Under the latter system, guests can
come to the dining room when they
want but have no reserved table. If
there are no tables available when
the guests arrive, they are given
pagers that allow them to walk
around the ship rather than wait at
the door.

The Pinnacle Grill is an extra-tariff specialty
restaurant. It is elegant and sophisticated with luxury
touches such as Bvlgari china, Riedel stemware and
Frette linens. The menu features premium beef and
seafood dishes. On selected nights, the Pinnacle
offers a menu developed by the famous New York
restaurant Le Cirque. (See menu).

The Lido Restaurant is the ship's self-serve buffet. It is
located between the two pool areas.

Canaletto is Westerdam's informal
Italian specialty restaurant. It is
located in a separate area of the Lido
Restaurant (see menu example).

Above: the Terrace Grill is located in
the Lido Pool area. It offers hamburgers,
hot dogs and light meals.
