DINING
Holland America is a more
traditional cruise line. However, it
has successfully introduced a
flexible dining alternative to the
traditional dining system. As a
result, guests can choose to have a
reserved dining spot and time
throughout the voyage or can opt
for Anytime Dining, under which
they can come to the dining room
when they want. If there are no
tables when the guests arrive, they
are given pagers that allow them to
walk around the ship rather than
wait at the door.
The Rembrandt Dining Room
is the Eurodam's main dining
venue. It has two levels with
windows along three sides.
Five-course menus include
continental cuisine, vegetarian and
low-carb options. (See menu
example).
The Pinnacle Grill is
an extra-tariff specialty
restaurant. It is elegant
and sophisticated with
luxury touches such as
Bvlgari china, Riedel
stemware and Frette
linens. The menu features
premium beef and seafood
dishes. (See menu).
Tamarind is a feature that debuted on Eurodam.
Located high on the ship on Observation Deck, it is an
Asian-fusion specialty restaurant. (See Menu)
The Lido Restaurant is the
ship's self-serve buffet. It is
located between the two pool
areas.
Canaletto is located in the buffet
restaurant and is an informal venue
with an Italian theme.

Sea View area has The Slice pizzeria (above right) while the
Lido Pool area has the Terrace Grill (below right), which
offers hamburgers, hot dogs and light meals.
