DINING
CROWN PRINCESS gives passengers the
choice between dining in the traditional
passenger ship manner, with assigned tables
and times, or "Anytime Dining" which gives
passengers some flexibility as to when and
where they will have dinner.  (It should be
noted that dining assignments only pertain to
the evening meal.  Breakfast and lunch are
open seating in the dining rooms). In addition,
there are premium extra-tariff venues as well
as a self-service buffet, a coffee shop, a
pizzeria, a hamburger grill, ice cream and
24-hour room service.
The Crown Grill is the
top-of-the-line extra tariff
venue.  Seating 160 people,
it is a relatively intimate
venue with the look of a
traditional up-scale
steakhouse.  It specializes in
steaks and lobsters .
Princess Cruises has had a
connection to Italy almost
from its beginning.  One of
the first ships chartered for
use by the infant line was the
ITALIA.   Later, Princess
acquired Sitmar.  One of the
ways this long-standing
connection manifests itself is
through the Italian
specialities served onboard.
Sabatini's (right) is an extra
tariff venue specializing in
Italian cuisine in an opulent
setting overlooking the stern.

The Horizon Court is the ship's
self-service buffet.  It is pleasantly
decorated and, located on Deck 15, it
offers good views from the seating
area.
The International Cafe located off the bottom floor of The
Piazza central lobby offers  specialty coffees and a menu
of snacks that changes over the course of the day. There
are pastries in the morning, afternoon tea, bonbons,
chocolate fondue in the afternoon, and tapas, soups and
salads in the evening. Seats 44.
Cafe Vines is a wine
bar that also has a
seafood menu including
salmon caviar, sushi,
and gravlax.
