DINING

Summit's main dining room is the two-level
Cosmopolitan Restaurant. Located at the
stern of the ship, a series of multi-deck high
windows across the back of the room add natural
light. Celebrity is known for menus that offer both
a changing array of choices as well as a group of
items that are available at each dinner. (See a

Summit offers both a traditional two-seating
dining system for dinner and a new flexible dining
option. During sea days, the restaurant is open
seating for breakfast and lunch. During port days,
the restaurant is closed for lunch.

The Normandie Restaurant is named after the
legendary French Line ocean liner of the 1930s.
It is an intimate and elegant room done with a
hint of the art deco styling that characterized its
namesake. Guests have the option of a five course
"gastronomic and vineyard tour" or of ordering
items ala carte. (See menu) There is an
additional charge for this restaurant.

Interestingly, in the Cosmopolitan Restaurant is a
statue from the original Normandie. However,
the Normandie does include wall panels from the
original ship as well as a museum telling the story
of the Normandie in the anteroom at the
restaurant's entrance.

The Waterfall Café and the Waterfall Grill combine to
make Summit's informal self-serve restaurant.

The Cova Café di Milano is a specialty coffee
bar and pasticceria. It is named after a 200-year
old café in Italy. During the day, it also has
specialty sandwiches, desserts and cookies.

The Aquaspa Café, located in the
Aquaspa Pool area, is an alternative buffet
restaurant with an emphasis on healthy
eating.
