DINING

The main dining room on Equinox is the two-level
Silhouette Dining Room. The room makes
beautiful use of natural and artifical light to give
a cosmoplitan atmosphere.

The dining room has both a traditional
two-seating dining system for dinner and a
flexible dining option. During sea days, the
restaurant is open seating for breakfast and lunch.
During port days, the restaurant is closed for
lunch.

Equinox has not one but several alternative dining venues. The
Murano Restaurant is the flagship of these. Its menu is
Mediterraean inspired and includes several dishes that are
prepared net to the table. (See menu) It is an elegant, fine
dining venue.

The Silk Harvest is a more informal venue, serving an
Asian-fusion menu.

Across from the Bistro on Deck 5 is the combination Cafe Al Bacio
(specialty coffees and pastries) and the Gelateria (Italian ice cream).

By the Aquaspa pool is the Aquaspa Café,which is
open to all and offers healthy alternatives. Meanwhile,
the Mast Grill offers hamburgers and other traditional
poolside fare on the open decks.

As with the alternative specialty dining,
Equinox offers guests several choices for
casual dining. The largest of these is the
Oceanview Cafe, the ship's buffet
restaurant.

Slightly less elegant but still sophisticated is the Tuscan Grille.
The menu here combines Italian cuisine with an American
steakhouse menu. The decor evokes images of California's Napa
Valley. Situated at the back of the ship, the room also offers
scenic views over the ship's wake.

Blu is a specialty restaurant
in the sense that it serves
from its own menu which
is geared toward healthy
choices. However, this
sophisticated venue is
limited to those guests
staying in the Aquaspa
suites.

The Bistro on
Five, offers crepes
and other light
dishes throughout
most of the day and
night.
