The Seaside Cafe is Constellation's buffet restaurant. In
addition to buffet lines, it has separate buffet stations
specializing in such things as "English Delights," pizza and
ice cream. Located high on the ship, there are spectacular
views over the surrounding sea from the seating areas.

The Poolside Grill (right), located
in the outdoor pool area, has
hamburgers, hot dogs, desserts and
daily grill specials.

The Solarium houses the Aquaspa Cafe.
This venue specializes in light healthy
choice dining with poolside tables. The
same team that operates the Ocean Liners
Specialty Restaurant for dinner operates
this venue for breakfast and lunch.

The main dining room on Constellation is
the two-level San Marco Restaurant.
It is a spectacular room with a vast
two-deck high window along the aft wall.

San Marco is open for breakfast each day
and for lunch on sea days. (At least, once
a voyage, there is a grand brunch instead).

For dinner, guests can choose between the
traditional passenger ship system in which
each guest has a reserved place at a
partciular table during either the early or
the late seating or a flexible dining system
in which the guest decides when to come to
dinner.

The dinner menus have one page that offer
a series of "classic favorites" that are
available each night and one page where
different items are offered each night.
