DINING
The Grand Restaurant is Century's main
dining room. It is appropriately named as the
center section of this two-deck high room is
dominated by a series of grand pillars, a grand
staircase and a grand window that runs across the
stern.
Open for breakfast and for lunch (sea days) on an
open seating basis, for dinner guests can choose
between the traditional two-seating system or a
flexible dining system.
The dinner menus contain one page of items that
are available every night and one page of items
that change each night.
The Murano Restaurant is
Century's extra tariff specialty
restaurant. It is an elegant and
intimate room just off the main
lobby.
The Island Café is Century's informal self-serve
restaurant. It has an assortment of stations including Asian
(stir fry and sushi); sandwiches, pizza, and ice cream as
well as other main courses and desserts.
