DINING
There are two main dining rooms, both
serving the same menu. on Liberty (See
menus on the Liberty Profile Page).
The Golden Olympian Restaurant
is only open for dinner. Located midships
split between traditional cruise ship dining
on the 526 seat lower level and Your Time
Dining on the 216 seat balcony level. The
former system has reserved tables and
assigned dining times. The latter system
allows guests who have selected it to dine
anytime between 5:45 and 9:30 p.m. The
table one dines at under Your Time Dining
changes each night, depending upon what is
available.
The Silver Olympian Restaurant is at the stern of
the ship and seats over 1,100 guests on two levels. It
is open for breakfast, lunch (on sea days) and dinner.
For breakfast and lunch, this dining room is open
seating. Guests tell the hostess how many people are
in the party and she finds a suitable table.
For dinner, the Silver follows the traditional two
seating system.
The room has tables for 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 guests
in a variety of situations (e.g. window tables;
banquettes; balcony etc).
A popular dining alternative is the complimentary Origami Sushi
Bar.
Located high on Lido Deck between the two large pool areas is the
ship's informal buffet restaurant, Emile's Bistro. Included within
its bounds areseveral stations offering different dining choices. It is
open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and can seat 1,396 guests.
Harry's Steakhouse is the Liberty's 108-seat specialty restaurant. It is a colorful room done in a Manhattan chic style. (See
menu) There is a charge of $30 per person.
At the Jardin Cafe guests can purchase specialty coffees and pastries.

In the Versailles Pool area are the ship's 24-hour Pizzeria (left) and the Grille
(right), which offers hamburgers, hot dogs and other light fare.
The Mongolian station (above) and the Burrito Bar (right)
are quite popular.
On the balcony overlooking the Grand Buffet area is the Fish
and Chips counter, serving various seafood items. (below)
Emile's also has stations that offer beverages (e.g. juices,
ice tea, lemonade water) (above left) and stations for ice
cream/frozen yogurt (above right).
