DINING
Conquest has two main dining rooms, both serving the
same menu. (See menus on the Conquest Profile Page).
The Renoir Restaurant is located amidships and seats
744 guests. It is only open for dinner during which the
lower level follows the traditional passenger ship dining
system with each guest assigned to one of the two seatings
and with his or her own reserved table. The balcony level
uses a flexible dining system under which guests can come
at any time the restaurant between 5:45 and 9:30 in the
evening. Guests are invited to chose with whom they wish
to dine (i.e., there are no assigned tables).
The Monet Restaurant is at the stern
of the ship and seats 1,044 on two
levels. It is open for breakfast, lunch
(on sea days) and dinner.
For breakfast and lunch, this dining
room is open seating. Guests tell the
hostess how many people are in the
party and she finds a suitable table.
For dinner, the Monet follows the
traditional two seating system.
A popular dining alternative is Conquest complimentary Sushi Bar.
Conquest has an expansive buffet area occupying a large part of Lido Deck between the two
swimming pool areas. The Restaurant Cezanne located high on Lido Deck between the
Sun and Sky pools is the ship's informal buffet restaurant. Included within its bounds are a
variety of stations offering different dining choices.
The Point is the Conquest's specialty restaurant. It is still referred to as a supper club in some literature but Carnival is changing
the names of the supper clubs on its ships to steakhouse. The Point is an intimate room done in the style of a 19th century French
house. It has its own bar. Guests can also see the chefs at work in their open kitchen. (See menu) There is a charge of $30 per
person.
At Café Fans guests can purchase specialty
coffees and pastries.

Paul's Deli, offering cold cuts
and sandwiches (left), and the
P.C.'s Wok, (right) where
guests can dine on Asian-style
dishes
Located just above the main section of the Cezanne on Deck
